True Agile transformation does not end with setting up regular Events and optimizing work processes. Rather, it is a change in people’s ways of thinking and behaviors, company culture and overall working environment. It is a change of approach, perspectives and ways of executing work. This applies to all roles and positions across the company. Only then the true value of Agile comes to life. It is essential for becoming Agile rather than just doing Agile.
